Covid-19 Update: Impact on shipping

MANI Bodycare delivery times for most shipments appear to be currently unaffected within Europe. However due to current circumstances, please consider possible delays, up to 2 business days, to the below terms.

Shipment to USA: possible delays are forecasted from 1 to 6 weeks

DELIVERY

We offer free shipping within Europe. If your order has a shipping address outside of Europe, a small shipping charge will be added to your order.

All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We aim to provide worldwide shipping, at this time, we are unable to deliver to China, South America.

Once the parcel has left our warehouse, you will get a notification by e-mail from the shipment carrier containing your tracking information to track the parcel.

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully placed, it is then submitted to our warehouse where your items are picked, packed, and dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking information when the order is shipped. We aim to ship out your parcel from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order. Packages won't leave our warehouse on weekends and local public holidays. While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that
the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. Here below an estimation of delivery time per area from the moment order is despatched:
NL - next day
DE - 2 days
BE - next day
Other European countries - 3 to 5 days
US - 5 days

RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. If you wish to return your order, please submit a request filling the form “contact us” for further instructions. To avoid delay on processing your return request please state -RETURN- on the subject of the message and report, your full details and order number, within your message.

Please be aware that the packaging must be in the same condition. Labels must still be attached and the tube must be sealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

An email will be sent to the customer once the return parcel has been processed. This can take up to 7 days once we have received it.
As soon as we receive your return order, we will start processing the refund. This will take up to 7 business days before being finalised.

Return shipping costs are complementary from Netherland, Belgium and Germany only.
